Pimple or acne is a raised spot on the skin can occur due to many reason like food habits, cleanliness, including imbalance of androgen hormones.
Acne can occur on the face, back, neck, chest, arms, and buttocks.
Blackheads, whiteheads, pimples, and pustules all begin the same way.
Squeezing and trying to pop pimples is definitely not the best solution and can make your skin worse.

Oil glands (sebaceous glands), located in the skin at the base of the hair follicle, excrete oil (sebum) to lubricate the surface of the skin and hair. All parts of the body contain sebaceous glands, except the palms and soles of the feet.

Dry skin is that produces less sebum than normal skin.

Oily skin is too much sebum produced

Hormonal changes,Teenages,when a child begins puberty,eating junk foods,oily foods,Climates,Excess usage of face products, processed foods such as breads,pastas,icecreams, chocolates, candy these will effects on hormonal system.

For oily skin,keep your face clean .it is very important to wash your face twice daily to remove impurities,extra oil,dead skin cells from your skin surface.and moisturise

Drinking water on regular intervals helps to keep you hydrated and flushes out toxins from your body.
One must change his or her pillow covers regularly as bacteria can spread from the pillow covers to your skin easily.clean phone case and pillow case .wash your pillow case once in a week and clean your phone case with an antibacterial wipe.

. Squeezing your pimples leads to acne scars and infections.

Make sure you don’t wash your face more than thrice as washing your face causes extra secretion of oil which leads to oily skin and breakouts.
• Avoid going for frequent facials and clean-ups as using acne squeezing tools may lead to damage the skin

• One must avoid sharing their makeup products with others as it leads to the spread of bacteria and it also leads to infection.

Do use mineral makeup, preferably a powder. This makeup cannot support bacteria growth.

Do wait 30 to 35 minutes after washing your face to apply acne creams. That will make your skin feel less sensitive .

Always use a sunscreen before stepping out of the house as it helps to prevent skin damage.

• Wash your hair frequently as dirty scalp can lead to acne on forehead.
.Avoid sleeping with makeups.
